Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Personal Development Coach to join our team at The Hope Hub. In this role, you will work with adults (18+) with complex needs, providing tailored support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group coaching sessions to empower individuals towards independence, training, volunteering, and employment
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members and partners to challenge and support individuals to achieve their goals
  • Developing and delivering training programs to equip individuals with essential life skills

We offer a competitive salary of $**55,000** per annum, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
