Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an Autism Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support to students in a classroom setting, promoting academic achievement and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring seamless integration of support services.
- Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant graduate degree in Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience working with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
