Personal Support Assistant

The salary for this position is around £12-£14 per hour, based on a guaranteed contract duration of 10, 16, 25, or 35 hours per week. Our competitive pay rate is linked to the Living Wage Foundation, ensuring that our employees receive fair compensation for their work.
In addition to a comprehensive package of benefits, including a paid holiday entitlement of 28 days and a company pension scheme, we also offer ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and advance your career in the field of adult care. This includes Level 2 or Level 3 QCF courses, which will help you to gain essential qualifications and certifications required for success in this industry.
