Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Professional Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in guiding our care professionals through their journey with Home Instead, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding care services.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and compassionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting regular assessments, and providing ongoing support and guidance to our care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for care professionals
  • Conduct regular assessments and performance evaluations
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to care professionals
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in care or social work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. The role requires a driving licence and access to your own vehicle. PVG check required.
