Director - Infrastructure Capital Raising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our Infrastructure Capital Raising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering on the capital raising objectives of the firm as relates to infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with investor prospects globally, leveraging our existing distribution team to support delivery.
- Focus on maximizing consultant buy ratings for infrastructure on a global basis.
- Support the Head of Infrastructure Capital Raising in shaping the future strategy of the infrastructure platform through gathering market and investor knowledge.
- Participate in internal and external client conferences and industry events, including presenting and/or moderating panel discussions.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure fund management and investment specialist team to support the preparation and delivery of presentation materials for investor meetings/pitches.
- Maintain all investor opportunities, meeting/call notes, and related contacts in our CRM system.
- Engage with investors in a global private markets solutions-oriented dialogue, understanding our investment framework that integrates both long-term strategic and near-term tactical asset allocation recommendations.
- Support the ongoing client relationship management as appropriate with existing and new investors, ensuring proactive engagement and responsiveness to needs and requests.
- Highly motivated team player with proven communication and distribution skills.
- Previous experience in the investment management industry, with a focus on infrastructure.
- Proven track record of success in dealing with institutional investors.
- Experienced and collaborative team player and culture carrier.
- Expertise in engagement with institutional investors, including experience within a capital raise or investor relations team at a infrastructure/real assets manager or placement agents.
- Demonstrable network of investor contacts, preferably across client segments and regions in Europe.
- Experience in presenting or discussing individual infrastructure investments or transactions in detail.
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge and understanding of industry trends and investor requirements.
- Experience with new product development and execution, including strategy development, creation of PPMs, marketing plans, and related marketing materials.
- Broad capital markets knowledge, with infrastructure as a focus.
