Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Physiotherapy department, you will play a vital role in providing professional leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and guidance to physiotherapy staff, promoting excellence in patient care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care, in line with national guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in physiotherapy practice.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to physiotherapy staff, promoting professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • Registered physiotherapist with HPC registration.
  • Proven experience in physiotherapy leadership, with a track record of delivering high-quality patient care and service improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
