Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Physiotherapist to take on a leadership role within our Allied Health team at Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of high-quality Physiotherapy services to our patients.

About the Role:

The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing Physiotherapy programs and services that meet the needs of our patients;
  • Leading a team of Physiotherapists to ensure the delivery of timely and culturally appropriate services;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of Physiotherapy services and making recommendations for improvement;
  • Providing clinical supervision and guidance to junior Physiotherapists.
