About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Newton Court. As a key member of our care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements
  • A valid NMC pin and a strong background in nursing.
  • Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are maintained at a high clinical standard.
  • Confidence in offering clinical guidance to care teams and supporting CQC tasks.
  • A passion for building connections with residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care.
