About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working closely with our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to the care team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Monitor and maintain safe and compliant work areas
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care standards and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
