Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and motivate the hospitality team to achieve high standards of customer service and operational performance.
  • Assist in recruitment and provide ongoing support, training, and development for the team.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members and other departments to deliver seamless service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations, and report any incidents in line with procedures.
  • Manage and control food stocks within budget, and maintain accurate records of inventory and ordering.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and operational performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Experience in catering is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
