Hospitality Supervisor Role

At Houston & Hawkes, we're seeking a skilled Hospitality Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our hospitality department, you'll be responsible for supervising functions, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise hospitality teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coordinate events and functions, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Collaborate with chefs, service teams, and customers to exceed expectations
  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports as required
  • Communicate effectively with the General Manager and Head Chef

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or contract catering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
