Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Compliance in various strategic and operational responsibilities, including monitoring regulatory developments, managing risks, and upholding compliance with SRA, Lexcel, and other standards.
  • Provide support across key compliance areas, such as AML, data protection, and complaints management.
  • Stay informed of changes in legal and regulatory standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Manage the auditing of case files and related follow-ups to ensure quality and adherence to procedures.

Requirements

  • Professional legal qualifications (Solicitor, FCILEx, or equivalent) with experience managing regulatory functions.
  • Proven track record in risk and compliance management within a regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of anti-money laundering, data protection, and professional conduct standards.
  • High proficiency with legal software and case management tools.
