Regulatory Compliance Manager

RAC Motoring Services is a leading provider of automotive services, and we are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, customer outcomes, and conduct matters to our business divisions. This includes governance committees, product and pricing decision forums, change projects, and financial promotions.
You will also be responsible for maintaining effective 2nd line oversight of product governance - manufacture and distribution, as well as maintaining stakeholder relationships with the business to act as a point of contact and recognized expert for any compliance advisory support.
This is a critical role that requires strong commercial awareness and in-depth knowledge of regulated and unregulated products, as well as the wider market (general insurance).
Requirements- Proven experience in a governance and/or compliance role
- Strong knowledge of UK Financial regulations including FCA Handbook, FCA Financial Promotion regime, PRA Rulebook, Solvency II requirements
- Good level of commercial awareness and in-depth knowledge of regulated and unregulated products
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays
