Organisational Development Professional

We're looking for a talented Organisational Development Professional to join our team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.
About the roleAs an Organisational Development Professional, you will play a key role in enhancing our professional excellence through providing high-quality training. Your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
- Maintaining and improving our learning management system, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Fostering collaboration among teams to drive innovation and organisational growth.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working in an acute teaching hospital or community services environment at Band 6 or above. You should possess excellent financial management skills, including large budgets with complex spend and reporting requirements.
Salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, plus a 5% high cost area supplement.
