Job Title: Physiotherapy Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our Physiotherapy Department as an Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your administrative skills in a private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient patient administration services within the Physiotherapy department.
  • Manage bookings, charge sheets, and patient referrals.
  • Organize outpatient clinics, pre-op assessments, and patient discharge processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Department and Lead Physiotherapists.
  • Respond to patient enquiries and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain departmental filing systems and liaise with patients and consultants.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and able to manage workload.
  • Experience in an administrative role or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Team player with diverse interaction skills.
