We are seeking an experienced Empathy and Support Specialist to join our team at Aylesbury Women's Aid. As a specialist in providing high-quality independent advocacy and support, you will work closely with victims of domestic abuse from crisis to long-term recovery.

About the role:

  • Provide expert advocacy and support to survivors of domestic abuse at highest risk and their children
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to supporting women and children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve outcomes for service users

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Expertise in domestic abuse and its impact on women and children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
