As a specialist in Long Haul and Worldwide travel, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and converting calls into holiday bookings while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide expert advice on Worldwide itineraries, tours, and luxury honeymoons.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Utilize your sales skills to convert calls into bookings and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the travel industry, with a focus on Long Haul and Worldwide travel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Asia and ability to create tailor-made itineraries.
