Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Travel Consultant. The successful candidate will have a passion for selling luxury travel and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure efficient and effective handling of customer enquiries.
  • Handle multiple events and packages simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication with customers and trade partners.
  • Ensure the highest standard of product sold to customers and supporting information.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and provide training to trade partners to build long-standing relationships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow content and product.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Retail Travel, Tour Operations, Account Management, or Luxury Travel.
  • Strong interest in sports is an advantage.
