We're seeking a seasoned travel professional to join our team as an Asia Travel Specialist at Succeed Recruitment Solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in tailor-made holidays and travel itineraries to destinations such as Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating bespoke and luxury travel itineraries to Asia, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering a high-touch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury travel products and destinations in Asia.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and create personalized itineraries that exceed their expectations.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on countries, resorts, and hotels in Asia, based on your own travel experience.
  • Attend luxury familiarization trips to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and products.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury travel sales or reservations, gained within a travel agency or tour operator.
  • Working knowledge of luxury travel products and destinations in Asia.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
