Join Our Team as a Care Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Care Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in a range of settings, including Mental Health, Substance Misuse, Autism, Elderly Mental Health, Physical and/or Learning Disabilities services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care and medication management
  • Assisting with activities and promoting independence
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals

Requirements:
