We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Mears Group PLC. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Support staff or service users in any way needed
- Prompting with general hygiene

- Monitor building and service users within the building
- Entitlement to work within the UK
- No previous experience in care required, as we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 24-hour shifts
