Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and follow individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work well in a team. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we'll provide you with comprehensive training and support.
