Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Mears Group PLC. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and in our community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support staff and service users in a variety of ways, including prompting with general hygiene and encouraging healthy eating.
  • Offer support and assistance to service users as needed, while also monitoring the building and service users within the building.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support services.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
