This exciting opportunity is for an experienced IT technician to contribute to the smooth operation of our schools.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to staff and pupils, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other technology equipment across campuses.
  • Assist with managing user accounts, permissions, and access control for various systems and applications.
  • Support teachers with classroom technology, including interactive whiteboards, projectors, and other AV equipment.
  • Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues and communication with users.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on projects to improve and upgrade school technology systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard software.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi management, and general network security practices.
