Job Title: Front Desk Assistant

Estimated Salary: £19,500 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome students, guests, and parents into the school
  • Ensure safeguarding processes are followed
  • Answer telephone calls and filter messages as necessary
  • Respond to emails and other correspondence
  • Type letters and memos
  • Filing, faxing, and photocopying
  • Deal with parents and pupils

Requirements:

  • Proactive individual with a hardworking attitude
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to new situations
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
