Job Title: Education Sector Receptionist

Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Job Role

This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a front desk assistant. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the reception area, handling incoming communications, and providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for students, visitors, and parents
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Preparing documents, filing, and photocopying
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
