Job Description:

We are seeking a Planner and Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the future schedule of appointments, working closely with clients, customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments and make promises that we can keep.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Meet or exceed daily targets
  2. Manage planners' KPIs / SLAs
  3. Schedule works for heating-based engineers
  4. Schedule works into diaries for operatives daily, ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free
