About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team at Sutton Primary Care Networks. As a GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care services to patients in Sutton and the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
- Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
- Developing care plans for health management in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols.
- Providing counselling and health education.
- Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
- Appropriate medicine prescribing for both acute and repeat requirement in accordance with the practice prescribing formulary and guidelines.
- Participating in training plans of GP registrar, medical and nursing students as required.
