About Beeches Surgery
We are a friendly and supportive healthcare team providing care to 5500 patients in Carshalton. Our team includes GPs, Nurses, and administrative staff, and we are looking for a skilled individual to join us as a Clinical Data Coordinator.
Job Summary
This part-time role involves assisting the Practice Manager and staff with the smooth transfer of clinical data onto our Practice IT systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in general practice in a reception or admin role and experience of scanning, although training can be provided.
Main Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day transfer of clinical correspondence on Practice IT systems.
- Providing guidance to reception staff regarding clinical correspondence.
- Supporting the Practice Manager and acting as part of the administration team.
- Maintaining and adhering to systems to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Assisting with the operation of the clinical system, ensuring IT security and IG compliance at all times.
- Managing the correspondence of hospital DNA process.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a good standard of education and experience of working in a GP surgery. Desirable criteria include experience of managing clinical correspondence. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
