Customer Service Representative - Yours Clothing
To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and a warm, friendly personality is essential. You will be part of a wonderful team who display a huge amount of passion and knowledge about our product range in order to promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise sales and individual customer purchases to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage the customer by delivering a first-class customer service and building strong relationships.
- Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring the store always looks its best.
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis, working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues alike.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including health and safety protocols.
- Take responsibility for your personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement, staying up-to-date with new products, services and company initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable, as is experience in a retail environment with a quality brand.
- Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays, and an ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
Pay and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.63 per hour, regardless of age.
