Our UK&I Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for chillers, HVAC, industrial refrigeration, controls, and mechanical & electrical works.
In this role, you will be the primary contact for providing top-quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems. You will work within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.

What You Will Do
As a Mobile Service Technician for HVAC and Chiller Systems, your day-to-day role will include service, maintenance, and repair work on various chiller, AC, and other HVAC equipment installed at our clients' facilities. This is a mobile role primarily within the South of the UK area, covering Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Greater London, and some occasional travel further afield.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs. You will be involved in commissioning, servicing, repair, and installation works, with the work completed according to set specifications and customer expectations to support our client sites.
What We Look For
- Proven experience as a Chiller/AC/HVAC Service Engineer, with any further building services experience being helpful.
- Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC, including NVQ level 2 as a minimum and F-Gas Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of chiller systems, controls, and components, including DX, Split, and VRV systems, AHUs, and ventilation plant.
- Experience with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi, etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong admin skills using IT devices for work completion and technical reports.
- Participation in on-call rota.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
