Job Title: Health Safety and Quality Coordinator

Based in Wakefield WF10, we are seeking an experienced Health Safety and Quality Coordinator to join our operations team.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between £32,000 and £45,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Safety & Quality Manager to maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
  • Provide training and support to first aiders and site managers.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and zero-harm.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve safety and quality objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits and quality control checks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications in IOSH Managing Safely, HACCP Level 2, and Internal Auditor & Inspection Skills Training are desirable.
