Job Description

Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Belcan. As a key member of our on-site team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless collaboration between our team and clients.

About the role:

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming requests, inquiries, and complaints. You will work closely with our technical team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer communications and tracking information
  • Producing daily reports and connecting with technical SMEs
  • Acting as a point of escalation and post-job completion surveys
  • Chasing customer approvals and monitoring resolution of incidents

Key skills:

  • Customer service skills and experience
  • Polite telephone manner and a positive attitude towards customer focus and care
  • Problem-solving and complaint handling
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • IT literate
