Euroflorist is a leading flower network in Europe, delivering over 50 million bouquets worldwide since its inception 41 years ago. With a strong presence in 10 European markets, the company has been a pioneer in eCommerce since launching its first site in 1995.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Paid Marketing Specialist to drive online sales growth and manage profitability across Central European markets. This role is crucial in optimizing and scaling paid traffic efforts, focusing on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and paid social media campaigns. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding Euroflorist's presence in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Poland, and The Netherlands through strategic and data-driven paid marketing initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Orders and revenue generated through paid traffic channels
- Market-level Cost Per Order
- Cost Per Acquisition and Return on Ad Spend within each channel
Responsibilities and Authority
- Paid Traffic Performance: Drive overall paid traffic performance across Central European markets (DE, NL, BE, AT, PL).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Traffic and other team members to grow online order volume for Central Europe.
- Channel Expansion: Establish and develop new paid traffic channels to diversify Euroflorist's channel mix, increase online order volume, and improve profitability.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate large amounts of campaign data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from E-commerce, marketing, and content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (WO level) in International Business, Marketing & Communications, Economics & Business Administration, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in online marketing and web analytics.
- Knowledge of brand awareness concepts and measurement.
- Self-learner who stays up-to-date on online marketing and eCommerce trends.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics 4, Lookerstudio.
- Excellent command of English is essential; proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods, including weekends and evenings.
