About the Position
We are seeking a Mental Health Support Professional to join our team at Avon Support Ltd in Warwick, working with a young lady who requires support with her daily life due to challenging behaviour, autism, and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and guidance to the individual
- Assist with daily living tasks and activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the service user and her family

- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
