Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant-Driver. As a Care Assistant-Driver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional domiciliary care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and continence support.
  • Provide companionship and promote mental and physical well-being through engagement in various activities.
  • Conduct light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Field Care Supervisor and Care Manager to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative when necessary.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle for travel to client locations.
  • Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
