Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Care Assistant-Driver to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide expert support to our clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering personalized care plans that cater to the individual needs of each client.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in client circumstances to the Field Care Supervisor.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting.
- A full UK driving license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
