**Job Description:**

We are looking for someone with experience in supporting children with special educational needs. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on a one-to-one basis with pupils, providing support within the classroom setting. You will be working under the guidance of the SENCO/senior staff to provide social, emotional, and mental health support to individuals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils
  • Assist pupils with their social and emotional development, promoting independence in a safe and secure environment

**Requirements:**

  • A recognised level 2 qualification in teaching assistance or related field
  • Experience of working with children with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • An understanding of how children learn best in a happy and secure setting

**Salary and Benefits:**
