At Nurse Seekers, we are seeking a highly skilled Nursery Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and passionate individual to work with 3- and 4-year-olds in a quality purpose-built Nursery near Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

We offer a very competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as in-house training and career progression opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care to young children;
  • Plan and provide effective teaching and learning strategies;
  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children;
  • Communicate with colleagues, parents, and carers to meet the individual needs of the children;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with 3- and 4-year-olds;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
