Midwife Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Midwife to provide high-quality care to women, birthing people, and families on the Isle of Wight. As a key member of our team, you will work in various settings, including home births, to deliver personalized care and support.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver compassionate care in a small, cohesive unit setting
- Collaborate with neighboring trusts and participate in joint training initiatives
- Support patients in making informed decisions about their care
Salary: £38,890 - £44,414 per annum (inclusive of London weighting)

Requirements:- Royal College of Midwives (RCM) registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Full UK driving license
- Working towards National Institute for Professional Learning in Education (NIPE) qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
