Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Midwife to provide high-quality care to women, birthing people, and families on the Isle of Wight. As a key member of our team, you will work in various settings, including home births, to deliver personalized care and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate care in a small, cohesive unit setting
  • Collaborate with neighboring trusts and participate in joint training initiatives
  • Support patients in making informed decisions about their care

Salary: £38,890 - £44,414 per annum (inclusive of London weighting)

Requirements:
  • Royal College of Midwives (RCM) registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Working towards National Institute for Professional Learning in Education (NIPE) qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
