Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Improvement Specialist to join our team at Travis Perkins.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annumKey Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Business Success: Collaborate with the Head of HSE to deliver the company's HSE Annual Operating Plan and drive continual improvement programs.
  • Improve Workplace Safety: Identify and design effective improvement programs, focusing on workplace transport, product storage, out-of-branch activities, and load security.
  • Support Colleagues: Participate in colleague-led HSE forums and support them in agreeing to complete HSE-related projects.
  • Enhance Branch Performance: Provide hands-on support to Distribution Centre management teams to ensure they drive the continual improvement of HSE culture and performance on site.
