Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement in clinic processes, chair multidisciplinary discussions, and pinpoint training needs, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance our services.

Job Requirements

This is an exciting and valuable full-time role for a team lead within a busy service, providing invaluable assessments to families and adults. This hybrid role is located in Harrogate for a suitably qualified clinician working as a team lead within the Evolve Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team for adults and children referred for Autism and/or ADHD assessments via NHS Patient choice and their GP.

  • Identifying training needs and discussing with senior leadership
  • Conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental/Specialist developmental assessments with children and/or adults
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for Autism and ADHD
  • Experience in report writing and record keeping
