With over 10 years of experience, our client has established itself as a reputable drylining company in the Essex and London area. As a Drywall Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site management and on-site subcontractors for contracts based in London and the South-East surrounding areas. Your excellent communication skills and experience within the construction industry with a drylining background make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key responsibilities include managing site teams to ensure efficient project delivery, organizing manpower, equipment, and materials, maintaining quality standards and client relationships, and collaborating with the Commercial Department to achieve budgets and targets. You will also be required to possess SMSTS or H&S equivalent certification, be proficient in using office software (word, excel etc), and hold a valid UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, 20 days paid annual leave plus 2 weeks at Christmas, travel expenses paid, and a company vehicle + fuel card after a probation period of 3 months. Additionally, we offer an excellent chance of progression for the right candidate who is willing to work hard and learn.
