Medical Specialist Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality primary care consultations and health assessments to our customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, including audits and training sessions.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to colleagues, including health advisors and administrative staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.
Requirements:
- GMC GP Registration.
- Professional, yet approachable manner.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training certificate.
- Current Adult and Children Safeguarding Level 3 training certificate.
- Member of a Medical Defence Organisation.
- Excellent time management and flexibility.
- Current experience in general practice with strong clinical decision-making skills.
- IT Proficiency, including MS office, e-records, and e-prescribing.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
