Farncombe Estate features multiple dining venues, including our acclaimed restaurants known for their exceptional cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. As a successful candidate, you will have the chance to contribute to both our a la carte offerings and our exclusive tasting experiences. Our culinary team, led by a talented Head Chef, is dedicated to showcasing the finest seasonal produce, prepared with precision and creativity.

We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef who possesses a strong commitment to excellence, with prior experience in a similar role, and a passion for working with fresh ingredients. The position entails a commitment of 48 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

We offer a competitive compensation package of nearly £36,000 annually, which includes a base salary and additional service charge. Additionally, we provide the option for live-in accommodation nearby, making it convenient for our team members.
