About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Buckland Manor, a 4 AA red star hotel in the Cotswolds. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen, creating delicious dishes for our guests, and leading a team of chefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Lead a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
