Practitioner in Vulnerable Communities

We are seeking an experienced Support Practitioner to join our team in Suffolk County Council's Criminal Exploitation Hubs. In this role, you will deliver targeted outreach support in locations identified by partners and engage with children, families, and members of the community to identify risks and develop strategies to disrupt exploitation.
You will also work closely with children who are at risk of criminal exploitation, exploring opportunities to educate and divert them away from harm, while supporting and empowering parents and carers to shape better futures for young people in Suffolk.
The successful candidate will have experience working with partner agencies in a collaborative way, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and maintain professional boundaries with those at risk of exploitation and their families.
