As a Senior Workshop Support Lead at Britten Pears Arts, you will contribute to creating a more inclusive and vibrant community through music and arts initiatives. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the community team, ensuring the smooth delivery of engaging workshops.

About the Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the community team to coordinate and lead workshops
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders and partners
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of events and activities

We welcome applicants with experience working with young people and/or vulnerable adults in our Community Team or Aldeburgh Young Musicians. Additionally, candidates with a background in music or involvement in Britten Pears Arts projects will be considered.

About the Salary and Benefits
