Michael Page is looking for a seasoned Corporate Performance Management Lead to oversee the financial performance of our clients in the Not For Profit sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving financial efficiency.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in leading teams and implementing financial systems. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Designing and implementing financial models for forecasting and analysis
  • Liaising with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations

We offer a competitive salary range of £54,000 - £66,000 per year, an engaging work environment that promotes professional growth, and the opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Oxford with remote working options. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Chartered Accountancy qualification or equivalent
