Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at BMS Performance, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This will involve building relationships with corporate account management teams, managing and converting new business leads, and developing your own sales pipeline through networking and CRM database management. If you have a proven track record in consultative sales roles, with a hunter mentality and strong relationship management skills, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with corporate account management teams
  • Managing and converting new business leads
  • Developing your own sales pipeline through networking and CRM database management

Requirements:

A background selling professional services or solutions is preferred but not essential.

You should have a proven track record in consultative sales roles, with a hunter mentality and strong relationship management skills.


Salary and Benefits:

£45k basic salary, plus car allowance and uncapped commission (£95k realistic OTE in 1st year and £120k+ in 2nd year).
